With the current pandemic COVID-19 situation in the country we are taking necessary precautions to minimize physical interaction.

Thus, we have outlined the following steps in purchasing of quotation/tender:

You can make payments on the selected quotation / tenders through the following:-

1)         Online Payment Guide (BIBD):-

i.          Go to “Services->Payment Services/Donations->Pay Bill/Make Donation” and fill in the required details as follows:-

ii.          Payee Name:  UBD CORPORATION (*use the pull-down menu to select)

Bill / Reference No.1:  Vendor’s/Supplier’s Name

Reference No.2:  Tender/Quotation ref. no. [Must be typed in full and complete]

2)         Please take note that the document fee for each of the New and Extended quotations will be BND 20.00 each

3)         Important Note: Please ensure that you provide the correct details when making the payment. 

4)         Please email proof of the above payment to office.ubdcorp@ubd.edu.bn. Payment should be made successfully before 12 noon on Monday of the closing date week.

Please submit the ORIGINAL document with receipt stampad.

Otherwise your submission will be rejected/ disqualified.
