1. When you lodge this online support, the act of recording this issue is considered that you have granted the UBDCorp staff to enter your room, sometimes without notice, for the purpose of resolving your concerns.
2. Where maintenance or cleaning is to be done in your room/apartment, you are required to give the staffs and contractors all reasonable access to the room/apartment to effect repairs/cleaning, including assistance with moving your belonging if necessary.
3. If the staff has found that a resident has deliberately damaged an item or fixture within the room, then the resident will be charge accordingly. Refer to table charges in the Residential Handbook
